Night of Worship Tonight

Fall is here and we are re-launching our monthly worship nights in Heritage Hall tonight at 6:00pm. Come and experience a community of worshipers going after the heart of God as we cultivate His presence and make space for the supernatural to break-out in this time and in this place. We believe worship is the starting point for revival and healing, so come with great expectations for what God will do in our midst. Childcare is available for kids 10 and under.

Family Night!

Family Night is here again! September 28, 6:30pm in the Chapel. Come join us for fun, worship and fellowship! It’s all about bringing families of all sizes together with the greater Vineyard Family! So BYO picnic dinner and yourself – and we can’t wait to see you there!

Grief Share Class Begins this Tuesday

Grief Share starts this Tuesday morning, September 27, 10:30am-12:30pm in Room 7 off the office lobby. This class will run through the fall and is for anyone who has lost a loved one – parent, child (miscarriage included), any family member, or friend. This is a place to learn and go through your grief with others supporting you. Email Liz Dunstan with any questions.

Divine Plumbline

The fall class for Divine Plumbline is scheduled for October 19-22. This powerful healing seminar deals with issues of rejection, rebellion, and emotional wounds that keep us from being all God wants us to be. The class provides individual ministry time and teaches you how to hold onto your healing on a daily basis. The cost for the class is $110 which covers the cost of a workbook, meals, and lodging. A $25 deposit is required to reserve a place in the class, with the balance due on the first night of the class. Some scholarships are available. Classes are filled on a first-come-first- served basis, with a maximum of 10 participants. Sign up today in Heritage Hall, email Rod or Susie Ellis or call 208.284.0200.

Vineyard 101: Welcome to the Vineyard Family

Our last Vineyard 101 class of 2016 will be on Tuesday nights (October 11, 18, 25, and November 1) at 6:30pm in the Chapel. If you are new to the Vineyard, or just want to get connected, this four-week class will walk you through our vision, mission, heart, and practice of making the Invisible God Visible. You’ll get a tour of our campus, meet some of our staff pastors and leaders, and have an opportunity to ask questions about what we believe as a church, and how we live it out. Childcare is provided for the class.

Parables Paintings on Display

The VineArts team has been busy creating live paintings each week for 22 weeks throughout our Parables series, and the paintings are now on display in the gallery for the next three weeks! If you’d like to buy either an original painting on the large board, or purchase a small print to remember the series, you’re welcome to ask in the gallery September 18, 25, and October 2. Everyone is also invited to create your own artwork or creative writing for our next exhibit entitled “Parable: Tell Me a Story”, where you can explore one or more of the parables of Christ, or write/reflect on a modern-day parable of your own. Entries for “Parable: Tell Me a Story” are due October 30-November 2. Pick up your entry packet today in the gallery; anyone can enter! Please note: All artist statements must now be typed ONLINE at vineartsboise.org.

Women’s Retreat Registration

Registration for our fall retreat, “Call His Name”, is open! We are anticipating an amazing retreat on September 30-October 2, at Quaker Hill in McCall, as we take a closer look at some of the names attributed to God throughout the Bible. We want to take this deeper look, not simply to gather more information, but to allow this knowledge to transform our understanding and relationship with a loving and present God! The cost will be $125 and scholarships are available. There are also some incentives this year for registering early and for bringing a friend! To register or find more details, click the buttons below, or you can email Amber Gunstream.

Ephesians 6.10-24 | When Air Becomes Breath (Week 13)

We offer this podcast because we believe studying the Bible is a key part to being connected to God and others. Join us!

The world can be dark, lonely, and hopeless. Too often God seems absent, invisible, as our ever-increasing day-to-day problems crowd out His voice, and blind us to His love and compassion. We’re opening the windows, turning on the light, offering hope, in every moment and in every situation.
