1 Corinthians 12.12-31: Spiritual Gifts in the Body of Christ

“Spiritual Gifts in the Body of Christ”.
This is an audio message from 1 Corinthians 12.12-31: Spiritual Gifts in the Body of Christ.

The world can be dark, lonely, and hopeless. Too often God seems absent, invisible, as our ever-increasing day-to-day problems crowd out His voice, and blind us to His love and compassion. We’re opening the windows, turning on the light, offering hope, in every moment and in every situation.

We’re making the invisible God visible.

We offer this podcast because we believe studying the Bible is a key part to being connected to God and others. Join us!

Thank you for this. I hold that while I understand that the chucrh is made up of people (the hands and feet of Christ) I have an intense love for the places called chucrh where throughout my life I have been welcomed, taught, nurtured, and have felt “at home”-by the people, of course, who were faithful members of each chucrh. I have a wonderful memory-picture in the first chucrh I remember as a small child. I was lying on the pew with my head in my Mother’s lap looking up at her as she listened to the sermon and sang the hymns. A tear rolled down her cheek, which seemed totally natural. I have come to appreciate my chucrh as a place where I experience a great depth of emotional connection to both loved people and places.
