SCROLL DOWN

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a balanced, Biblical program that helps you overcome hurts, hang-ups and habits.

We can help lead you from pain to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ: and help you overcome the hurts, hang-ups and habits that are causing you to struggle.

Celebrate Recovery is based on the actual words of Jesus Christ rather than psychological theory.

We are based on God’s Word, the Bible. We are forward-looking, emphasizing personal responsibility. We are spiritually committed to Jesus Christ, UTILIZING TRADITIONAL 12- STEPS WITH THE BIBLICAL TRUTH THAT WE NEED EACH OTHER TO GROW SPIRITUALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.. Celebrate Recovery addresses all types of hurts, hang-ups and habits: anything that you cannot control and steals your joy.

Do you ever just feel stuck and hopeless for change in your relationships or circumstances?

Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a ministry for anyone struggling with life’s issues. If you find yourself tired of trying to manage your pain, difficult relationships, damaging behaviors or thinking patterns... we have a place for you.

In CR, we find our hope and strength for change in the power of Jesus Christ and the support of a loving and non-judgmental community. Come check us out- you will be welcomed and encouraged to “GO” forward.

In order to provide this life-saving ministry, we are also looking for some to join our great team of volunteers. We have open spots in which you can “GO” bring hope to others and we will mentor and equip you for it:

Kitchen

We serve a hot meal every Friday night to our participants and their families. Come join our team to help with food prep, serving and/or clean up. YUM!

Children (paid position)

Celebration Place is a program for the primary grade kiddos that attend with their parents. We call this fun and supportive program “pre-covery” and we provide children with a safe place to learn biblical truths and tools that will help them avoid carrying unhealthy coping mechanisms into their adult lives. *Application process necessary

The Landing

This is a program for teens struggling with any of life’s issues- family dysfunction, bullying, destructive behaviors etc. We are currently on hold with this program while we are building a new leadership team. If you feel called to be a good listener to a youth, we have a great place for you to make a difference.

FAQ - CR

FAQ - CR

What is Celebrate Recovery? What is it NOT?

We are:

a safe place to share • a refuge • a place of belonging • a place to care for others and be cared for • where respect is given to each member • where confidentiality is nonnegotiable • a place to learn • a place to grow and become strong again • where you can take off your mask • a place for healthy challenges and healthy risks • a possible turning point in your life

We are not:

a place for selfish control • therapy • a place for secrets • a place to look for dates • a place to rescue or be rescued • a place for perfection • a long-term commitment • a place to judge others • a quick fix

Do you have groups for my teenagers and grade school children?

Yes, we have “The Landing” for the teens and “Celebration Place” for the grade schoolers. These are “precovery” programs based on the same principles as the adults, presented in an age appropriate way.

I am not an addict. Why should I attend Celebrate Recovery?

Celebrate Recovery is for any kind of struggle in our lives. Less than one third of the people who attend Celebrate Recovery struggle with substance abuse — the rest come for anger, marriage struggles, overeating, pornography, you name it! Many come because their family is struggling. If a family member is struggling, it affects everyone — and all of us need support. Everyone needs recovery.
